Working since 2002 in some of Spain’s most prestigious and prolific scenic construction workshops have given Freeman the best possible training in the tradition of western theatrical production methods together with the knowledge of the workings of theatres backstage and collaboration with scenic designers from around the world.

Working in Ecuador
Since 2011, Freeman has maintained an ongoing relationship with the Fundación Teatro Nacional Sucre, Ecuador’s national theatre in Quito, teaching techniques and methods to local groups of painters, painting and coordinating operatic productions for the foundation. This has led to the growth of local knowledge and experience, as well as a valuable cultural exchange for both parts.
